Muhammad Hafeez Likely to Include In Test Team

National Selection Committee is considering to include test opener Muhammad Hafeez in 3 day match against West Indies after improvement in is fitness while Babar Azam will replace Iftikhar Ahmed in test team.
M Hafiz returned before Lord’s test due to injury and he scored half century from Sui Northern Gas in Quaid-e-Azam Trophy for his comeback match. Iftikhar Ahmed scored 127 runs while Hafeez scored 68 runs in the match.
According to sources, 13 players have already been announced for first day and night match in Sharjah but he could be included in side match before test match. Hafeez will possibly be the 14th player. Babar Azam could be given chance in test team after his good performance in ODI series while it’s difficult for Iftikhar Ahmed to retain his place in the test team.
M Nawaz can also be given chance in test team if he performs well in 3 day match in Sharjah against West Indies. Younis Khan has also started training after getting rid of dengue virus.
Test team will be announced on Monday or Tuesday. Most of the players played against England will be included in the test team. Possible Pakistan test team is: Misbah ul Haq ©, Asad Shafiq, Azhar Ali, Babr Azam, M Hafiz, Sami Aslam, Shaan masood, Imran Khan, Rahat Ali, Sohail Khan, Wahab Riaz, M Amir, M Rizwan, Sarfraz Ahmed, Yasir Shah, Younis Khan and Zulfiqar Babar.
