Pakistan defeated India by 2-1 in the hockey match of SAF Games. In the hockey event of SAF Games, Pakistan and India started the match quite aggressively but Pakistani team played more aggressively and attacked the Indian goal post several times. As a result, Pakistan team led the 1st half against India 2-0. Fareed Ahmed scored first goal from Pakistan while the second goal was scored by Arslan Qadir.
Indian team tried its best to save the match and level the score in the second half but the defensive players of Pakistani team failed their attempts and Indian team could only score 1 goal.
