Former test cricketer Abdul Qadir said that ICC should be consulted for the matter of Pak-India series. Former leg spin bowler said that international body of cricket should end its biased attitude and play a role in this matter. In case of failure, Indian PM Narendra Modi should intervene.
According to details, both countries will have to play 6 mutual series in 8 years according to MOU. Out of these, 4 will be hosted by Pakistan but India has always wasted time. PCB is also trying to get financial compensation for these denials by BCCI.
Abdul Qadir said during an interview that ICC should face the based board of BCCI. ICC takes immediate action on suspected bowling action but we couldn’t see any role of ICC when the matter is about interest of Pakistan cricket. If ICC doesn’t help in this matter then the Indian PM should intervene and ask ICC to solve this issue. People of both countries want to watch bilateral matches and sports should be kept away from politics.
Former test cricketer said that MOU about bilateral series is like a legal agreement and it can’t be overlooked. If India rejects then it has to compensate loss of Pakistan.
