Yesterday, former Pakistani captain Shahid Afridi told that he wants to enter politics after some time but currently he is focusing on his charity work.
The all rounder said in an interview that after his cricket career, he would like to join politics but few of his friends are against this idea. But he thinks that he should serve his people and he can do so through politics.
But he said he can also use charity work to serve his people as welfare organization can be formed instead of political party for serving people.
Before that, Afridi was dropped from England’s tour after which few advised him to think about his cricket career.
Pakistan team performed poorly in T20 international world cup after which Afridi resigned on 3rd April 2016.
