Azhar Ali Promoted to Sixth Position in Test Ranking

Dubai, ICC has issued the new ranking in the test matches and Azhar Ali is promoted to the 6th position from 8th ranking after improving in two numbers. Now he left the South African player, Quintin DeCock behind and he reached to the sixth position.

ICC has released the new ranking of the players after the first test match between England and South Africa. In the batting, Azhar Ali of Pakistan is promoted to two numbers and he reached to the 6th position in the best batsmen position. Johnny Barstow of England promoted to 9th position from 12th position. Hashim Amla of South Africa reached to the tenth position.

In the list of top ten bowlers of the world, no Pakistani bowler is present in the top ten positions. Yasir Shah of Pakistan reached to the 14th position. Indian spinner, Ravindra Jadeja is present on the top position while his countryman, Ravi Chandran Ashwin is present at the second position. Rangana Herath of Sri Lanka is demoted to the third position from second position. James Andersen of England reached to fourth position and Josh Hazzlewood of Australia reached to the fifth position. Kagiso Rabada of South Africa is present at the 6th position while Dale Styen is present at 7th position. Staurt Broad of England demoted to two positions and he demoted to 8th position. Vernon Philander of South Africa moved to the 9th position and Neil Wagner is moved to the 10th position. There is no change in the first four positions of all rounders and English all rounder, Ben Stokes of England is promoted to the 5th position.
