IOC has opened the chances of combined organization of Olympics and now simple and economic budding will be introduced for these games.
According to details, International Olympic Committee has allowed more than one city or country to host Olympics in order to lower the cost and made them more interesting. IOC had been neglecting the efforts of combined hosting of these world biggest multi sports events due to the reason of negative effect on fondness of these games but now IOC president Thomas Bach says that it is possible.
Bach give reasons of two host cities or countries before voting about changes in December. Bach, who took presidency in 2013, says that around 95% facilities are present in a city for winter games while others are not available. Therefore, it’s better to make entry of another city or country.
Bach said that if you’re a small country and don’t have lake for boating then you can take service of neighboring country. Even then it will be count as bidding for one city and other city will be its partner.
Apart from that, IOC is also making the bidding easier and economical. If the suggestions approved in December meeting then the bidding cities will not have to act upon the harsh conditions of IOC.
