Karachi has won the National T20 Cup for the first time. In the final of National T20, Karachi Blues defeated Karachi Whites with 3 runs after an interesting match.
Final match was played in Multan Stadium in which Karachi Blues scored 182 for 3 in 1st inning. Khurram Manzoor scored 70 runs while Fawad Alam (67) and M Sami (20) remained not out.
In reply, Karachi Whites could score 179 runs in the allotted overs. Zain Abbas (47), Tariq Haroon (38), Asif Zakir (32) and Sohail Khan (24) remained top scorers. M Nawaz took 4 wickets. It’s the first time that a team from Karachi has won National T20 title.
