Lemar TV was launched in Kabul in 2006 which broadcast its programs and shows in Pashto language. This channel was owned by MOBY Group which provides entertainments and news services to some parts of the country.
News Corporation initiated various other channels in the country including Tolo News, Tolo TV. This channel is telecasting some Hindi serials by dubbing into Pashto language.

This channel broadcast various matches being played in 2010 ICC World Twenty20 in their own languages like Pashto and Persian. Now this channel will also telecast all matches being played in Cricket World up, ICC Champions trophy and Indian Premier League.
