Pakistan Super League’s franchise team Lahore Qalandars arranged a surprise party at Lahore Cantt in order to celebrate the 60th birthday of their icon player Mudassar Nazar. Mudasar Nazar was invited to participate in a general meeting but he later found that PCB’s top management and the team of Lahore Qalandars is present there for celebration of his birthday.
Several arrangements were made for this celebration including decoration of the office of LQ, media interaction session, a cake cutting ceremony and an Iftaar dinner. The celebration was attended by Fawad Rana (chairman LQ), Atif Rana (CEO LQ), Najam Sethi (chairman Executive Committee PCB), Naila Bhatti (Director marketing PCB), Aqib Javed (director cricket operations LQ) and several others.
Mudassar Nazar is a former Pakistani cricketer who has played test cricket for Pakistan and also playd league cricket in Pakistan and England. He has also performed the coaching duties of Pakistan, Kenya and few other countries.
Mudassar said about the event that he had no idea for this surprised birthday celebration planned by them. They just told him that a meeting for discussion about PSL will be held. He is grateful for the love and support of Lahore Qalandars.
