Lahore, The national selection committee headed by Inzamam ul Haq, has declared the 15 members national team to play the Under 23 emerging cricket cup. The wicket keeper batsman, Muhammad Rizwan will be the captain of the team and Haris Sohail will be the vice captain. The other players are included Imam ul Haq, Jahid Ali, Imran Butt, Khushdil Shah, Hussain Talat, Bilal Asif, Usama Mir, Zafar Gohar, Sameen Gul, Ahmed Bashir, Imad Butt and Hammad Azam. The 7 members team management will also accompany with the team in which Colonel (R) Syed Noshad Ali as team manager, Azam Khan as head coach, Kamran Khan as Assistant coach, Javed Hayat as fielding coach, Yasir Malik as trainer, Usman Hashmi as analyst and Hafiz Naeem as Physio.
This event will be played from 27 March and it will be continued till 03 April. In this event, the host Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Malaysia teams will be looking in action. Pakistani team will play first match against Nepal on 27 March, second match against Hong Kong on 28 March and third match against Bangladesh on 30 March.
