World no 1 Novak Djokovic has completed the ‘grand slam’ of his career by winning French Open trophy and he became the 8th player to win all the grand slams of the season.
In the second grand slam of season, Novak Djokovic has won the men’s single trophy of French Open to become the 8th player to win all the four grand slams of the season while it is his total 12th grand slam title. Before him, it was achieved by Fred Perry, Don Budge, Rod Laver, Roy Emerson, Andre Agassi, Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. Top seed Serbian player defeated his British opponent Andy Murray in final with the score of 3-6, 6-1, 6-2 and 6-4.
