Cannes, Pakistan Test Cricket Team completed their tour to New Zealand and now it reached to Brisbane to start their tour to Australia. The test squad will have to play the warm up match at Cannes and the team has reached there to start their practice session. When Pakistani cricket team reached at Cannes, they took rest for the whole day and now they will do the practice on Friday in the supervision of the head coach, Mickey Arthur. The national team will play the warm up match to acclimatize to the local conditions.
Pakistan cricket team was defeated during the tour to New Zealand and they lost two test matches so their morale is low and they want to retain their confidence to play the test series against Australia. The players have enough time to take the advantage of the experience of the head coach and they will do their practice. Pakistani test captain, Misbah ul Haq said that the Pakistani team got the tremendous confidence during the tour to England and they won one test match there. But they could not maintain it against the West Indies and lost one test match at Sharjah and after that they lost two other test matches against New Zealand at their home ground. Pakistan cricket team got the top rank in the test ranking and it made good reputation among the test cricket playing nations. The national team will have to show extraordinary performance to get this reputation once again.
The captain of Pakistani national team also said that all of the important batsmen of the team were failed during tour to New Zealand and they were failed to score big and they lost the two test matches. He also said that Pakistani bowlers did not have the experience of the seaming wickets of New Zealand and they can show well against Australia to show their swinging skills on the bouncy wickets of Australia. The first test match will be played between Pakistan and Australia as the day and night test match and it will be started from 15 December 2016.
