Lahore, Junior Hockey world Cup is being played in Lucknow, India from 08 December to 18 December. Pakistan junior hockey team qualified in the junior hockey world cup and junior hockey team will play the hockey tournament in India. The administration of Pakistan Hockey team applied for visa to the Indian Embassy but the Indian embassy refused to grant visa to Pakistani junior hockey team to play the event and in this way, the dead line was approached and Pakistan junior hockey team was dropped from the tournament and the International hockey federation decided to include Malaysian junior hockey team in the event.
The Moodi administration showed their traditional stubbornness at this moment and they showed their irrelevance with this junior world hockey cup and they refused to grant visa to Pakistan hockey team. Now Pakistan Hockey Federation has responded on this situation and they decided not to play any event, which will be played in India. PHF also demanded with the international and Asian Hockey Federation that they will not conduct any hockey event in India in future as their traditional conspiracies can damage Pakistan hockey and its players. It is to be clear that Pakistan won the final of the world cup in 1979 for the first, then Pakistan remained at the third position in the world cup in 1982, 1985 and 1989 and the Pakistan was defeated by Germany in the final of the world cup in 1993.
