Pakistan women team has been announced by the selection committee, for series against New Zealand headed by the Pakistan’s former batsman Basit Ali.
The PCB stated the women cricket selection committee headed by basit ali has announced 14 members squad along with 4 substitutes to feature in the ICC women’s championship against New Zealand women team.

The 3 ODI’s and 4 T20’s will be starting from October, 31, 2017 to November, 14, 2017.
After not winning world cup campaign this year, Sana Mir is been replaced by Bismah Maroof as a skipper and Javeria Wadood being promoted to vice captain.

Despite of the issues of Sana with the PCB she will continue as a part of the team.
After been left out for the WC squad, Aliya Riaz and Aiman Anwar will come back to the team for the ODI matches. Sidra is given a second chance to make appearance in the cricket after 2016. Natalia Pervaiz is also included in the 14 woman squad.
Talking about the senior players Asmavia Iqbal and Nain Abidi has been dropped from the squad in order to make room for the new players.
The committee has also named the 4 substitutes which include Anam Amin, Fareeha Mahmood, Ayesha Naz and Rameen Shamim.
The management going along with the team includes Abdul Raqeeb (manager), Mark Cole (head coach), Shahid Anwar (batting coach), Ibrar Ahmad (trainer), Zubair Ahmad (analyst) and Sumrah Fatima (physiotherapist).
