Peshawar Zalmi has persuaded the angry Shahid Afridi after which the all rounder has decided to remain in the team.Shahid Afridi was the captain of Peshawar Zalmi during the 1stedition of Pakistan Super League. But later, relations between him and team owner Javed Afridi became deteriorated due to which he want to play the next season for other franchise team. Recently, the all rounder said while giving an interview to Australian website that he is a professional cricketer and he is available to any franchise that wants his services. He is not bound to Peshawar Zalmi. His current team in PZ but he has to settle few issues with Javed Afridi in order to move this relation forward. Playing PSL was not the only purpose of franchise but it was also formed to improve the structure of cricket. He gives credit to administrators of PZ that they organized camps in Peshawar and other parts of KPK in order to progress this sport but few issues are still to settle.
