Salman Butt is the former captain of Pakistan cricket team and he faced the match fixing scandal in 2010 against England while playing a test match in London. After the decision of ICC, the punishments of Salman and Asif were waived off and now Salman Butt tried to get the sympathies of the national crickets. He met with the former captain, Shahid Afridi last day and he confessed his fault in the spot fixing case, when he refused to accept his fault.
According to the details, Salman Butt, Muhammad Asif and Muhammad Aamer are penalized in the spot fixing case. In the academy, during training session, they are not allowed to come across any player. If it is happened, they do not get good response from fellow players. Salman Butt started the efforts to create soft corner in the heart of other fellow players. He met with Shahid Afridi in the National Cricket Academy and he confessed that it was his fault not to accept his mistake, when this scandal was revealed.
Salman was very emotional and he accepted his mistake. Afridi said to him that he would tell the whole story but Salman refused to accept his mistake. He thanked Shahid that he helped him to make the captain of Pakistan cricket team but he failed to come up his expectations. He showed his shame on his deeds and he also requested to Shahid to help him in becoming the part of the team once again. Afridi refused to help him in this matter and he said that Board will decide their fate and he can do nothing for him. However, he should continue his cricket as and when they get a chance.
