Smith’s Captaincy in Series against Pakistan

Former Australian player Steve Waugh said that the upcoming 6 test matches of home series against South Africa and Pakistan will test the captaincy of Steve Smith.

Waugh said that initial 6 to 12 months are always superb. You change everything and it becomes effective but the reality comes after that which is very difficult. He thinks that defeat against Sri Lanka has stunned their system. The fielding was very poor that was not according to their standards while the next 6 test matches will decide about the future of Smith’s captaincy.

Later, the next two test matches will be played in Hobart and Adelaide. Pakistan will play the test matches in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. This test series will start from 15th December 2016.
