According to international media, the body builder of South Africa, Sifiso Thabete, who was the junior world champion in the IFFB 75 kilogram category, was showing the back lift during the championship and during this process, he lost his balance and he fell down on his back.
He received an injury on this neck and before his colleagues moved forward to lift him up, he died on the spot in few moments.
