During the meeting on previous day, a team has made complete payment but the other remained defaulter and it has given the warning to make the payment of their dues within 48 hours.

According to the details, the important meeting was managed between PSL franchises and PCB officials and due to overcrowding of the leagues in UAE, the suggestion was brought forward to conduct the complete PSL in Pakistan but it did not get the approval. According to the officials, the security situation of the country is not satisfied so that the foreign players can be stayed within the country for one month but they can be settled in Pakistan for few days. Furthermore, the infrastructure is also less. They made the decision to conduct over 8 matches in Pakistan. The franchises also offered if the officials allow them then they can construct a hotel in Qadaffi Stadium Lahore and Multan Stadium having 200 bedrooms. After that this matter was referred to the committee for consideration. The board officials also said if the government, security agencies and the political organizations collectively ask them to bring the entire PSL in Pakistan then they have the will to bring it in Pakistan.

During the meeting, the issue of non-payment of the dues from the franchises is also considered. A team deposited the cheque of the due amount, which was made the part of the league. The board officials gave warning to a team of the PSL to deposit the cheque of the due amount within 48 hours otherwise, their agreement will be cancelled. It is also agreement that one rep of franchise will be added in each committee to look after the issues including PSL media rights. In the meantime, the PCB will release the players in limited numbers for the PCB T10 league. The coach, Mickey Arthur and chief selector Inzamam ul Haq will decide to release the players keeping in view the advantage of the team.
