According to the schedule, the match between the teams of Pakistan and India for ICC T20 world cup 2016 will be played on 19th March 2016 in Dharamsala. But due to security concerns and refusal of CM Himachal Pradesh to provide security for Pakistani team, Pakistan sent a security team to check the situation in Dharamsala. The security team showed its concerns after which Pakistan Cricket Board demanded the change of venue through a letter to ICC and BCCI.
Now there are reports that Indian Cricket Board has accepted the proposal of PCB and it shows its willingness to conduct the Pak v India match of 2016 ICC T20 world cup in Kolkata on 10th March 2016. But the final decision will be made by ICC and hopefully Kolkata or Mohali will host the match between Pakistan and India during the world cup.
