He, along with his Serbian mate Nenad Zimonjic, beat the pair of Russian player Taymuraz Gabashvili and Kazakh player Mikhail Kukushkin. His pair lost the first set 7-6 (7/9) but hey came back strongly to win the other two sets 6-4 and 6-3.

Now they will face the challenge of Spanish pair Peblo Carreno Busta and Golermo Garcia-Lopez. In mixed doubles, Russian player Alla Kudryavtseva is the partner of Aisam. On the other hand, the pair of Indian Sania Mirza and Chinese Taipei player Hsieh Su-wei won their first match in women’s doubles. They beat the pair of Swiss player Romina Oprandi and Argentinean player Maria with 6-2 and 6-0.
