The women team has prepared for Asia Cup women hockey tournament in three stages. Before departure, the female players were played against men in order to increase their confidence.

Captain Hina Kanwal says that improvement in play can’t be achieved without tough match. Hopefully, they will not disappoint the nation in Asia Cup. Asia Cup women hockey tournament will be played in Bangkok from 9th October 2016.
