The British Broadcasting Corporation is the oldest and largest broadcasting corporation in the world which was founded on January 01, 1927. The headquarters of BBC is established at Broadcasting House, Westminster London. This television network had set up studios in various countries of the world.

BBC Radiochannel is functioning with the Royal Charter and a License and agreement signed with Home Secretary. The main source of income of this channel is license fee received from all people, organization and companies who use any type of equipment to record or receive live transmission from this corporation. The license fee of this channel is fixed by the British government after getting approval from the parliament.

BBC launched ten national radio stations in which six radio stations are functioning in BBC Regions and various other stations are functioning in the local regions in the country. The radios which are functioning in the country are present on DAB, FM and online. BBC 1 radio broadcast new and latest music and popular styles, BBC 2 broadcast adult contemporary, music of national and other languages while BBC 3 transmit jazz and classical music. BBC 4 radio gives current affair, drama comedy speech programs and BBC radio 5 telecast news sports and talk shows for the listeners.
