Mohammad Amir Faces People Criticism

Manchester, Muhammad Amer is the medium left arm fast bowler of Pakistan and he is included in the main fast bowling battery of Pakistan. He was involved in the match fixing case at Lords in 2010, when he was touring with Pakistan cricket team and he was punished by the ICC in the spot fixing scandal. Now during this test series, he played his first test match against England at Lords and he was expecting the wrong behavior of English crowd but unexpectedly, they did not show any wrong behavior towards him.

In the second test match at Old Trafford, the English crowd showed his behavior and raised the slogans of ‘No Ball’ and ‘Cheater’, when he started bowling against English team. The fast bowler showed his good temperament and he did not show his attitude towards their misbehavior and the English crowd had to stop their slogans.

Pakistan and England Test start from tomorrow

The 1^st test match of the 4 match series between Pakistan and England will start from tomorrow. The match between the two teams will be played at Lord’s Cricket Stadium from 3 pm PST. Both the teams will play after a long time while English players and media are focusing on fast bowler M Amir and leg spinner Yasir Shah and English media is trying its best to spread controversial news in order to pressurize M Amir. England’s captain has already expressed his fears through many controversial statements.

In middle order, the national team has batsmen like Misbah ul Haq, Younis Khan, Azhar Ali and Asad Shafiq while M Hafiz, Shan Masood and Sami Aslam are available for opening position. Fast bowlers M Amir, Wahab Riaz, Rahat Ali and spinners Yasir Shah and Zulfiqar Babar are also available to the team.

On the other hand, English team has very good batsmen and bowlers but they lost their famous batsman James Anderson and all rounder Ben Stokes for test series due to injury. English squad includes captain Alastair Cook, Alex Hales, Joe Root, Gary Ballance, James Vince, Jonny Bairstow, Moeen Ali, Chris Woakes, Stuart Broad, Jack Hall, Steven Finn and Toby Roland.

Pak-England Series Gets The Status Of Super Series

The matches between Pakistan and England will get the status of ‘Super Series’ and the overall winner on the basis of points will get special prize of 25,000 pounds.

According to details, England and Wales Cricket Board has given the status of ‘Super Series’ to the home matches played against Pakistan and Sri Lanka. According to this status, points will be given for every match and the team with more points at the end of the tour will be declared as collectively winner. The prize of 25,000 pounds has also been announced for the collective winner in order to create enthusiasm in ‘super series’.

The details of points system have already come forward in which the winner of test match will get 4 points while both the teams will get 2 points each in case of draw match. In the shorter formats, the winner will get 2 points while 1 point each will be given to both teams in case of a draw or tie match. Former captain and current director of English Board Andrew Straus said that cricket is evolving very quickly. In this situation, it is their responsibility to take steps in the progress of international cricket.

The central idea of ‘super series’ is to increase the importance of every match of international cricket. They are sure that super series will join different formats and make sure that every match is important. They feel that this new format will increase interest of players and fans in the game.

The test series between England and Sri Lanka has started from Thursday while it is also included in the ‘super series’.
