When the third day play was resumed, the magical Yasir Shah started damaging the Kiwi batting line up and he took 8 wickets in the first inning and the whole New Zealand team was out for just 90 runs. The strike rate of Yasir Shah was excellent and he took seven wickets on about 27 balls, which was the sixth best in the test cricket history. This is the third performance of any Pakistani bowler as Abdul Qadir grabbed 9 wickets for 56 against England runs in 1987 / 88 and Sarfaraz Nawaz took 9 wickets for 86 runs in 1978/79 against Australia. Two years before, Devendra Bishoo of West Indies took 8 wickets for 49 against Pakistan at the same venue. He also completed 100 test wickets in UAE as he took 105 wickets in 16 test matches in UAE cricket stadiums.

Abu Dhabi, Yasir Shah became the first cricketer, who completed his quickest test wickets in the test cricket. He got 150 test wickets in just 27 test matches, which is the world record. He played his 27 test match against Sri Lanka in Abu Dhabi test match and he got two wickets as the first inning of Sri Lanka is in process and it is yet to be completed. The leg spinner of Australia, Clary Gremmit did the wonderful performance in the test matches and he completed 150 test match wickets in just 28 test matches. There are three other test players like Saeed Ajmal of Pakistan, Ravi Chandran Ashwin of India and Heutifield of South Africa got such number of wickets in 29 test matches. Yasir Shah also equalized the record of Waqar Younis of Pakistan to get the 150 test wickets in 27 test matches.

According to the details, during the boxing day test in Melbourne, the blood samples of Yasir Shah and Azhar Ali were taken and the report of the dope test conducted on the third day of the ongoing test match between Pakistan and Australia will be received within two weeks. Yasir Shah seems the special target of this activity. His first blood sample was taken during the one day match in Abu Dhabi of the one day series against England in November 2015 and the use of prohibited medicines was proved through his blood sample.

Yasir Shah opted that he took the medicine of blood pressure of his wife mistakenly and the dope test was found positive.  ICC gave him the benefit of doubt and it gave the concession to Pakistan leg spinner and they announced the punishment of ban from the international cricket for only three months. He was deprived of participation in the world T20, which was scheduled in India. His other blood sample was taken during June this year during tour to England but no use of prohibited medicine was received.

The sources said that the leg spinner is very careful after his first mistake and there is no chance of the problems. According to the team management, the dope tests are the part of the usual activity under the ICC rules. Any cricketer across the world can be asked for the blood sample to carry out the dope test.

He said during an interview about his resemblance to Argentine’s footballer Lionel Messi that Messi is a great player and he also likes him but he wants to be called by his name ‘Yasir Shah’.

He added that shane Warne is his favorite bowler and he takes advice from him. He said there is lot of talent and potential in Pakistan.

International Cricket Council said that the leg spinner has admitted that he took the medicine of his wife mistakenly and he stressed over the zero tolerance approach for the doping test.

The ban on the player is started from 27 December and it will continue till 27 March because the ban imposed on him, is only for three months. During this period, he will be provisionally suspended from the international cricket. He said that he assured his fans in Pakistan that he did not use any substance, which can enhance his performance during the match and he never had his intention to use such substance.

He further added that he took the medication of high blood pressure and they are stored separately in his home away from the medication of his wife and he will take extra precautions and he accepted his offence that he took these medicines and he accepted the consequences, which are imposed on him.

Now Yasir Shah will be away from the Asia Cup and ICC World Twenty20. When his ban will be finished then he will go with the Pakistan national cricket team on the tour to England this summer.

The general manager of ICC, Geoff Allardice said that he reminded all international cricketers that they were responsible for  anything they eat, drink or put it in their bodies and they did not result in the anti doping rule violation.

He started his test career in 2011 and he played 12 test matches and 15 ODIs and he showed his performance on many times. He took 12 wickets when Pakistan beat Australia in the test series by 2-0 and he also performed well and lead in the test series by 2-1 and win the series against Sri Lanka in 2015.

ICC issued a statement that his dope test was taking on 13 November during Pak vs Eng one day series. During his dope test, the Chlortaledon element is found, which is a banned medicine according to the rules of World Anti doping agency, after this under the provision of anti doping code, Yasir Shah is temporarily banned and now this issue will be considered under the anti doping code and after that, his punishment will be decided.

International Cricket Council declared Yasir Shah that he has done against the section 5 of Wada. However, Yasir Shah can challenge the decision of his suspension. It is revealed through the sources, that he was injured due to his back pain and he might used some medicines, in which some banned medicines are also used. He is the most successful bowler of Pakistan national team for 2015 and he has made his fastest fifty of wickets in the test cricket.

The players are selected on the basis of their performance during 18^th September 2014 to 13^th September 2015.

Yasir is now ranked 2^nd in the ICC test bowler rankings after taking 61 wickets in 10 matches with average of 24.81.

Younus Khan is the only Pakistani to score 9,000 runs in test cricket and became the leading run scorer in Tests for Pakistan. During this period, he scored 1204 runs with an average of 80.26 which include 1 fifty and 6 hundreds.

In last 12 months were also very productive for Sarfraz Ahmed who scored 669 runs with 83.62 average in 10 matches which include three fifties and 6 hundreds.

Lahore, Captain of Pakistan test team says that he does not make any decision about his retirement. However, he is thinking on this topic and he wants to make his last innings memorable.

He talked with media and said that Pakistan national team is going to play the test series against England. He said that English team is good and it will be great challenge for him to play against England in United Arab Emirates. There would be some difference in the absence of Saeed Ajmal and Pakistan has to play good cricket to win the matches. He also said that Yasir Shah and Zulfiqar Baber are the match winner bowlers and the spinners will perform well against England cricket team.

He further added that he did not plan for his retirement but he was thinking about the last innings of his career and he wanted to make last innings memorable. He is concentrating on his performance. He would like to come into the ground with the hope of winning the matches. The players should not think about the performance of any team before the start of the game and the target setting before the commencement of the game can be dangerous for their own team. At this time, he is not play T20 and One day international matches but he enjoys good relationships will all of the players.
