Former Pakistani captain Younis Khan gifted his bat to “The Citizens Foundation” during a ceremony in Karachi and the money achieved from bidding of the bat will be used on education. During his address in the ceremony, Younis Khan advised children to become good human beings in their life. He said that he is happy to be a part of a welfare organization and among those people who want to bring change in the society.

Younis Khan said that if he receives Rs. 10 million from PM then he will also boon this reward. He replied a question regarding PCB that everyone is aware about their attitude. Neither they nor he change. In replying another question, the former batsman said that he is not running matters regarding to PCB and he doesn’t want to comment on the change that is required in PCB.

It should be remembered that Younis Khan is the first Pakistani batsman to score 10,000 runs in test cricket and he achieved this record in April 2017 during a test series against West Indies. So far, only 13 batsmen in the world could achieve this milestone.

According to the ICC test ranking of the batsmen, Steve Smith of Australia is present at the top position, while Virat Kohli of India is at the second position, Joy Root of England is at the third position and Azhar Ali reached at the sixth position and Younis Khan jumped from 13^th position and reached to the seventh position in the test ranking. Asad Shafique is at the 23^rd position, Sarfaraz Ahmed at 24^th and Misbah ul Haq is a present at the 25^th position in the ranking of the batsmen.

ICC has also issued the test ranking of the best bowlers, in which Ashwen is at the top position in the top ten bowlers of the ICC test ranking of bowlers. Pakistan team missed the practice due to rain during a limited but difficult tour of New Zealand but captain Misbah ul Haq and Younis Khan used this opportunity and arrived at Nelson Sea. In the sea coast, both successfully caught rare fish and then uploaded their photos on social media. Misbah’s wife also took photos after grasping the captured fish.

Apart from that, Misbah ul Haq is at 10th spot, Azhar Ali at 12 and Asad Shafiq is at 14th position. Indian star batsman Virat Kohli is at 17th position.

ICC has released new ranking of players in test cricket according to which Pakistani middle order batsman Younis Khan has reached from 11^th to 5^th spot after scoring a double hundred against England in Oval test. Younis Khan was at 5^th spot before the start of series against England but he lost the place in top 10 batsmen after performing poorly in first 3 test matches.

In the new test ranking, Australian captain Steven Smith is at the top position and England’s Joe Root is at 2^nd position. New Zealand’s captain Kane Williamson is at 3^rd and South Africa’s Hashim Amla is at 4^th position.

On the other side, the ranking of test bowlers remained mostly unchanged as English fast bowler James Anderson is at 1^st and Pakistan’s Yasir Shah is present at 5^th spot.

It should be cleared that Younis Khan has also leveled the record of legendry Pakistani batsman Javed Miandad after scoring his 6^th double century in test cricket.
