The positions from 4th to 10th are respectively taken by R Jadeja of India, T Dilshan of Sri Lanka, J Faulkner and S Warner from of Australia, Shahid Afridi from Pakistan, M Nabi from Afghanistan and K O’Brien from Ireland.
