Umar Gul

Test fast bowler Umar Gul told that he is completely fit and available for the upcoming world cup. Umar said that he has given all tests in National Cricket Academy and now selectors will decide about his inclusion in the world cup squad. He said there were fitness problems during series in UAE but now he’s in full rhythm after treatment and he bowled with full speed in National Stadium on Thursday. He said his good wishes are for Pakistan whether he’s in the team or not. He also said that he can never forget the defeat against India in 2011 world cup. Their overall record against India is better but we could not win against them in world cups and other mega events but hopefully it will not happen this time. The fast bowler said that Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Sri Lanka are favorites to reach the semi-finals of world cup 2015.

On the other hand, test batsman Azhar Ali wants to play as all-rounder in the upcoming mega event. He said he can also show his abilities as an opening batsman. Azhar said he is in best form these days.
