Mumbai, The captain of Indian test cricket team, Virat Kohli was caught red handed by doing the ball tempering. However, ICC refused to take action against him. During the first test match against England at Rajkot, the Indian captain, Virat Kohli did ball tempering during the field and a video is released, in which he was showing ball tempering. Virat Kohli was chewing the chewing gum and he touch his chewing gum and also touch with the ball with the same hand it is cleared viewed in the video that the Indian captain is trying illegally to shine the ball so that their bowlers can get the benefit from this shining of the ball.

There is great hustle and bustle on his activity and the observers have demanded with the ICC to take strict action against him. However, the International Cricket Council is doing the traditional overlooking of this incident and he practicing the partiality. ICC has its own stance that they cannot take action on the base of this video because this is 9 days old incident and any type of complaint can be done within 5 days of the occurrence of the incident.

It is to be cleared that the video of Kohli was appeared on Tuesday and the ICC has imposed fine of 100% of the match fee against the captain of South African team, Faf Du Plessis after proving the accusation of ball tempering.
