Palekelle, Indian wicket keeper batsman, Mahindra Singh Dhoni has equalized the second record of the Sri Lankan leading batsman, Kumar Sangakkara in a series.

MS Dhoni is playing the current series against Sri Lankan in their home grounds and he completed his 65^th fifty of his one day career in the third one day international match. It is his 18^th fifty against Sri Lanka. Before this, Sangakkara has the record of most fifties against one team in the one day international matches, which he made against India. Dhoni has also completed the 99 one day stumping and equalized the record of Sangakkara. It was the record of Sandakkara in the one day international which Dhoni has equalized in the second ODI in this current series.

Former Indian captain MS Dhoni surprises everyone after his entry as CEO of an oil company. MS Dhoni was made honorary CEO of Oil Company for one day. He is the brand ambassador of the company since 2011. Both company and Dhoni kept this matter secret and the whole staff surprised when he entered as new CEO in the office.

Financial advisor of the cricketer, Arwin Pandey, told that Dhoni wanted to know about the responsibilities of a corporate CEO and he also made few decisions as CEO.

It should be cleared that Dhoni left captaincy of Indian team after ODI series against England in January while he also announced his retirement as captain of IPL team Rising Pune Supergiants.

Misbah becomes first Pakistani who win ICC Spirit of Cricket Award 2016

Pakistani test cricket captain, Misbah ul Haq is awarded with ICC Spirit of Cricket Award 2016 and he became the first ever Pakistani player, who is awarded with this beautiful award.

Misbah is the leading test captain and he showed his spirit in the test cricket and inspired his side to play the game in true spirit. He played tremendously and lifted the Pakistani team from the number four to the number one in the ICC test team rankings. Pakistani cricket team achieved this awarded without playing any test series on the home soil.

The previous winners of the ICC Spirit of Cricket award are MS Dhoni, who won this title in 2011, Daniel Vettori won in 2012, Mahela Jayawardene in 2013, Katherine Brunt in 2014 and Brendon McCullum in 2015. New Zealand cricket team won this award in the years of 2004, 2009, and 2010, England won this award in 2005 and 2006 and Sri Lanka won this award in 2007 and 2008.

Misbah commented on this news and said that he was feeling proud and honored to win the ICC Spirit of Cricket award. He helped his team to lift from the number four to reach at the number one in the test ranking in the twilight of his cricket career. He performed well in his test career and he maintained his highest fitness level and continued performing according to the international standards.

The players have focused on the play within the rich conditions and traditions of sport with the positive mindset and the approach is consistent, which can help him to entertain the fans and spectators and they also have challenged the opposition. He has noticed and recognized the game and the governing body by their excellent work.

MS Dhoni Allows Releasing His Biographic Film 2016

MS Dhoni and his family have allowed to release his biographic film after watching this film. According to Indian media, the film “MS Dhoni” by director Neeraj Pandey is made on the life of Indian cricket team captain MS Dhoni in which the lead role is performed by Sushant Singh Rajput. The film was presented to Dhoni and his family before its release after which they allowed to release the film while Dhoni’s family didn’t objected at any scene of the film.

On the other hand, the date of release of film hasn’t been announced so far but director Neeraj Pandey is busy in the shooting of another film “Raabta” and he will soon announce the film’s release date after receiving clearance from Indian captain MS Dhoni.
