Pakistan won Oval Test by 10 Wickets

Oval, Pakistan defeated England in the Oval test by 10 wickets. Pakistan leveled the series by 2-2 after winning this fourth and last test match.

England played the second inning and it scored 253 runs and scored 39 more runs after completing the 214 runs lead, which was given by Pakistan and it set the target of 40 runs for Pakistan. When Pakistan started its second innings, it made these 40 runs without losing any wicket. Both the teams had to play 4 test matches with each other and now their series is leveled as 2-2. In the second innings, Sami Aslam and Azhar Ali came on the crease to bat and they scored the target, which was only 40 runs.

In the first innings from Pakistan side, Asad Shafique scored 109 runs and Younis Khan 218 runs and he was declared the man of the match after his brilliant performance in batting. Pak captain Misbah Ul Haq and English all rounder Chris Woakes were declared the men of the series combine on showing the best performance from either side. The fans of cricket have declared the victory of the national team against England a special congratulation and the government has also sent the messages of congratulation to the team.

When the fourth day of the test match was started then England scored 88 runs for loss of four wickets and they started their inning. Gary Balance was bowled cheaply and other following players could not face Pakistani bowlers. Gary Balance scored 17, Moin Ali scored 32 runs, Woakes 4, James Andersen 17 and James Bairstow scored 81 runs. Yasir Shah was the most successful bowler in the second inning, when he got 5 wickets and Wahab Riaz got 2 and Iftikhar and Sohail Khan got 1 wicket each.

Pak captain, Misbah said that he did not decided to get retirement from the international cricket and he will make further decision after coming back from the test series. He also said that they have lost the legendary cricketer, Hanif Muhammad so they named their victory in Oval test to this great cricketer, Hanif Muhammad.
