The PSL trophy will be launched on 6th February 2017. Captains of all the five teams will participate in the ceremony that will be held in Dubai. Later, answers will be given in press conference. Total 50,000 crystals are used in preparation of this trophy.
According to details, Pakistan Super League will start from 9th February 2016 for which the preparations are underway. The unveiling of trophy will be held on 6th February in Dubai International Cricket Stadium. In this ceremony, captains of all the five teams and PSL Governing Council’s head Najam Sethi will be present and they will tell about details of the tournament later in the press conference. It is known that 50,000 crystals are used in the trophy while a shooting star is evident on the top. After choosing the design, it took 4 months to complete the trophy. It is called ‘spirit trophy’ and it highlights the emotion of patriotism.
There are few stars and a moon in the trophy which shows that PSL is providing a chance to players from around the world to express their abilities. Apart from that, new talent is also getting the chance to rise. If the final will be played in Lahore then the trophy will also be presented there.
