Cavendish has won the 13th stage of the Tour De France Cycle race in the time of 3 hours, 40 minutes and 8 seconds as he had to cover the distance of 173 kilometers. This stage was started from Tour to Saints and continued till Monter to Ound. Peter Saigan came on the second number and the Dutch Cyclist, Molema was on the third number.
