Chief selector Inzamam ul Haq hinted changes in national cricket team by saying that he is in favor of making single captain of all the three formats of the game.
Inzamam ul Haq said during a press conference that he didn’t want to give any statement in the mid of Australian series. The national team is selected according to his choice but he also gives importance to the will of captain and coach. Best team was selected for Australian tour. There is lack of fitness in players and players performing in first class cricket were given place in the team. M Hafeez was the best ODI player last year and it’s wrong to assume that he is selected in the team without consideration.
Inzamam said that he will not name anyone but big changes should be made in the team. Players performing well will be given chance in the team. New players will also come from PSL.
