Pakistan vs Sri Lanka Second ODI


Abu Dhabi, Pakistan and Sri Lanka are going to play the second one day international match against each other on 16 October 2017 and this ODI will be the day and night match. The match between Pakistan v Sri Lanka will be played in Abu Dhabi and Pakistan is leading the series by 1-0 as Pakistan won the first one day international match against Sri Lanka y 83 runs. Pakistan played first and it scored 292 runs in just 50 overs for loss of 6 wickets. Babar Azam was leading player, who scored century and Shoaib Malik scored 81 runs during their innings. The remaining players also played well in which Fakhar Zaman scored 43 runs.

When Pakistan started bowling, they missed Muhammad Amir, who is injured and he is not part of the team. Ruman Raees and Hassan Ali secured 3 wickets each and they bowled well and restricted the Sri Lankan side to 209 runs and hence Pakistan won the first one day international match by 83 runs. The Sri Lankan team showed poor performance and they are looking for any victory during the one day international matches series. SL won only four one day international matches this year, which shows its poor performance during the current calendar year. The Sri Lankan cricket team may make some changes in their squad as they are depending on the pacers rather than the spinners so they can remove some of the spinners and they will include more pacers to strengthen their bowling squad and want to win the match.
