Mumbai, The 6th edition of Champions League cricket is going to start in India in which the first stage of qualifying round will be started. On the opening day of the 6th edition of Champions league, two matches will be played. First match between New Zealand team, Northern Districts and Sri Lankan team, Southern Express will be played and this match will be started at 03:30 PST on PTV Sports in Pakistan. The second match will be started at 07:30 PST and it will be played between Mumbai Indian and Pakistani Champions, Lahore Lions.
Muhammad Hafeez is the captain of Lahore Lions and Keiron Pollard is the captain of Mumbai Indians. In Lahore Lions, Aizaz Cheema, Umar Akmal, Nasir Jamshed, Ahmed Shahzad, Saad Naseem and Wahab Riaz are playing. In this qualifying round, two teams will be selected and these teams will play the second stage of the Champions League, which will be started from 17 Sep 2014.
