The Pakistan fame UK boxer Amer Khan met with the army chief, General Raheel Sharif and he awarded the chief with the honorary championship belt, which was offered by the World Boxing Council. Now the army chief has awarded Amer Khan with antique British pistol.
The welter weight world champion, Amer Khan thanked the army chief for this historical gift and the boxer tweeted on Tuesday that army chief gave him antique old muzzle loaded British pistol.
The British-Pak boxer met with the army chief at GHQ Rawalpindi on Monday and he presented the special belt, which he presented on behalf of WBC President, Mauricio Sulaiman.
This was the second meeting between these two as Amer Khan called on the army chief in GHQ in 2014 after the carnage of Army Public School to express his solidarity with the armed forces of Pakistan in which over 140 students and teachers were martyred.
