Mexican boxer Canelo Alvarez defeated Pakistani origin British boxer Amir Khan in the WBC middleweight title match by knock out.
The match was played in the boxing arena of US city Las Vegas in which Canelo Alvarez took the title after knocking out Amir Khan in the 6th round of this WBC middleweight match. During 6th round, the Mexican boxer hit a powerful punch to Amir after which he fell down in the ring and the umpire declared the victory of Mexican boxer after announced the end of match.
After defeat, Amir Khan said that he entered the ring with ambition to become a champion but he was unlucky. Alvarez played brilliantly and won the match. On the other hand, Alvarez said that he likes to end the match before proper finish of the match by knocking out his opponent. This surprises the fans and did the same today.
It should be cleared that Alvarez has knockout 33 times out of his 47 bouts while he lost just 1 match in his 47 fights.
