West Indian batsman Chris Gayle has declared his indecent conversation with TV reporter a joke and severely criticized his critics Andrew Flintoff and Ian Chappell.
He wrote in his autobiography that the incident of Big Bash was just a joke and he talked with the reporter in a lighter mode. The voice of laughing of crew members of Channel 10 can be heard in background but these people made it as the biggest issue of the world. Gayle asked his critic Flintoff that he should not forget the time when he used to hit his balls towards boundary.
Gayle said to Chapel that he also faced a case on hitting a punch to an official in West Indies. If he wants to ban him then it’s better to ban the whole team. Interesting thing is that now Gayle is under another conflict and he is under pressure for talking vague with Times magazine’s journalist Charlotte Edwardes.
